Web design is the design of the sites layout not the content to be added. We are here to build a website not wait for the client to be prepared on their time. That's why we state in the policies here to know what you want before purchasing from us.
Content is the clients responsibility, not ours. Web design is our responsibility.

Once site is completed, customer will be sent a email to sign to receive the full package that has been ordered.
If customer doesn't have a domain, oMATIC Minds will provide a domain name (example: www.your-name.com) for a year $20.00. We also provide webhosting = web space to upload your site to. We manage your web space only oMATIC Minds run the space you have no access to it. Its only for oMATIC Minds to update, and manage.
There will be a ftp to upload your images, and layout too. Or you can send images to my email address customerservice@omatic-minds.com.

This page can be changed, and updated at anytime. Rules, and payments can change at oMATIC Minds option. Once paid for a product this is a complete transaction.
Please email me, if you want something customized, and not wanting to use our templates.
 

2. Refunds:
No Refunds will be allowed, once the site has been completed, or in progress.  This also applies to other services that we offer.
Please, make sure that, when ordering that you are sure of what you want from omatic-minds.com. Or email/call to ask questions about anything that has to do with what the site offers.
Only way a refund at all can be made is if the site has not been started. Basically, any labor has not been placed.
 

3. Updates to Sites:
Small alterations will be a $5 charge, Medium changes which require more than copy and pasting will be a $20 charge and a Larger update will be a $40 through and up. This only applies to clients that do not have a service contract.

For all clients at omatic-minds.com will have their updates done 72 hours from date and time emailed to us.
Major Updates: Large updates will take 1 week to 1 1/2 week.
 

4. Late Payments on Webhosting and Advertising Packages:
There will be a $30.00 late fee on any payments received after the day of main payment plan for each individual client.  We will be sending out invoices two or three days in advance of pay period.  Best thing to do to avoid late fee for reactivation is to pay when invoice is sent or on the day payment needs to be made.
 

5. Site Transfers:
Transferring to other webmasters can be done. If a site is in progress, and you would like to transfer the non-completed site to another webmaster (completion payment of the site will be made FULL PAYMENT). Final work not being done is not our issue here, we have other employees to pay even if you or your company decide to abandon us.
OR SITE WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED - your site is still in ownership of omatic-minds.com until complete payment has been made.
Completed site/s for transfer will cost half of what the original cost of web design. Once, payment has been made site/s will be sent to you or your new webmaster.

6. How we deal with large site (payments very important read):
Our protection against hackers, and customers that don't want to complete payments.
Large sites, we start the site off with half of the agreed upon price for development of the site. Once, this is paid we start developing the site. Once, the site has been completed the last large upload to make the site whole will not be uploaded until second half of site payment has been completed. This is to ensure that the omatic-minds.com gets paid for our hard work, and not hacked from clients or customers that are malicious across the internet.
Especially, if the site is not our servers. Even, if the site is on our server it doesn't matter we seen people that have taken the information from the ftp's, and have skipped on the final payments.
THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE - THIS IS FOR THE PROTECTION OUR CLIENTS AND OMATIC-MINDS.COM.

This rule 7 has been added do to people that are called hackers, and customers that have attempted to hack the ftp's and files so they won't have to pay fully for the affordable service that we offer here. This is business not anything personal.

We are a honest company, but sometime others are not honest as well.
 

7. Understanding (VERY IMPORTANT):
What is omatic-minds.com not here for?
We are not here to business consult for our clients. We will do as much as we can to help push your business with the advertising packages. The big picture of advertising is for the client to take control of sales to their site. We can push people to the clients site. Content to put on the site/s are for the client to let us know (to attract sales to their site). We omatic-minds are here to provide web mastering services, and small business help (brochures, business cards, things of this nature).

We don't specialize in business consulting.
BUSINESS CONSULTING is not our bag (job).

Tip: A understanding of the internet, and business. From my understanding of business period, it takes time for people to hit the zillions of sites out there. Also, there are people that pay thousands of dollars monthly to get on top of the search engine listings.
Patience is key, you get a site built so people can come to it, right? If you are thinking that you can make a website business, and get several sometime even one person to buy your product/s this can lead to disappointment. It also depends of the items or things you are trying to sale. I'm not a business consultant, but common sense tells me after five years of advertising (omatic-minds.com) business started to come in. Depends on the business you are doing, customers might come faster.
 

8. Conclusion:
If you do not have the patience, and money to invest into your business. Building a website isn't for you.
This is the only consultant type information I can give to those are new to the internet. Business consultants get paid large amount of money just to get people to realize what I have just said ($80.00 to $150.00 an hour). Build your site, invest, and have faith in your business - do time people will respond if your doing it right.
Simple sites like YOUTUBE.COM is prospering, because of the content it's offering. Take a look at how long it took them to get millions + of the people to use their site.
You can't build a empire in a day! And if you can, I'll pay you to teach me how to do it?
 

9. Contracts/Agreements still have to comply with our policies/terms & conditions. NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE.

The signature below can be used as a real signature. This signature will not be taken down at all. This states that we will stand by what we say as a document of truth to what we provide here at omatic-minds.com.

10. Owned Hosting/FTP/Cpanel Terms&Conditions:

Owned hosting/ftp/cpanel are privately owned and purchased hosting.  If an client buys out their site design to take ownership of their hosting/ftp/cpanel they are responsible for paying maintenance charges for us to go into they hosting and fixing any issue that might arise from their doing.  A privately owned hosting/ftp/cpanel is configured and ran by client or however they give access to their hosting/ftp/cpanel.  We do not go into their hosting/ftp/cpanel unless client needs assistance (paid service to fix the issues).  We will evaluate the problem and charge accordingly based on the severity of the issue.  Our pricing starts from $40.00 plus based on the issue.

This also goes for clients that come to oMATIC-Minds.com just for hosting solely not web design.  Signing up for hosting please make sure you read our agreement before checking the box.

For our clients just purchasing hosting:

We do not allow any animal abuse or child pornography.  If a client wants to design a adult site they will have to get oMATIC-Minds to design it for them. This way you are safe as a client within the adult realm online.  Or if you have a adult site ready to upload to your hosting with us we have to approve it.

Note: Hosting can be canceled through your PayPal, credit card company or bank at anytime.  Once payment has failed one time you will have to resign up or going into your hosting account and reorder your hosting.  If you have resign up we will send a reactivation fee to activate your hosting again.  There is no way around this.  We will be notified if a client has tried to ignore this.

11. Branding Removal:

What is Branding Removal?  Branding Removal is when oMATIC-Minds.com designs or develops a site for a client.  We add a Powered by: oMATIC-Minds.com or Designed by: oMATIC-Minds.com.  If a client wants this removed they will be charged $150.00 through $300.00 for removing any credits to the designers or developers work.  This includes other scripts or software we implement into a clients site.  We reserve the right to receive credit for our work unless paid to remove this branding of our work.

$150.00 Branding Removal for non-ecommerce sites.  $300.00 Branding Removal for ecommerce sites.

12. Hosting Suspended And Invoice Creation:

A hosting or server that gets suspended after a delinquent payment for hosting / server will be charged a re-activation fee of $30.00 as said above but it will add up monthly till the invoice is paid for re-activation.  Example: Client doesn't pay for Nov. 23,1972  hosting / server gets suspended .  Client still doesn't pay on Dec. 23, 1972 Total charges along with original payment will add up.  Late fee after Nov. 23, 1972 = $30 re-activation / Dec. 23, 1972 after will equal $30 more = Total = $60.00 and continues till a year ends.  This is the penalty for client/s wasting time and slowing down business.

Invoice Creation: Now, for clients that do not like to use our billing system or payments are delinquent we will send client manual invoices through PayPal for a additional $20.00 monthly. We may add this invoice creation to any of our invoices as we like for creation and time used to do so.  We most likely will waive the invoice creation fee for items not listed in the hosting section.  For hosting invoice creation will also have to be 3months plan or more along with the additional 20 dollar invoice creation fee. 

13. Verbal Agreements and (Signed) Contracts:

We are going to honor verbal agreements here at oMATIC-Minds.com but we will not or tolerate liars.  We have the right to cancel a verbal agreement anytime.  If you are a honest forth right person a verbal agreement can go smoothly.  If a client wish to do a contract all business heaviness will apply as less restrictions will apply with a verbal agreement.  Signed contracts will be followed to the letter and also written down to the T of what is offered and will be applied for that contract to be fulfilled.

Note: We at omatic-minds own your graphics that we design. Unless you decide to do a webmaster takeover and pay the leaving our company fee. All graphics that we do from scratch like logos, banners, and layouts will not be taken to someone else unless properly leaving omatic-minds.com

All Logos, Banners, and Layouts if layout is built from scratch will be archived and copyrights applied to them as ownership of omatic-minds.com till clients/customer pays for them.
